I make one-off sculptures and wall hangings, explored from a feminine viewpoint and inspired by the immense beauty, fragility and wonder of the natrual world. Inspirations stem from places that capitivate and hold an emotional and visual pull. From certain areas of reef coast, field and wood, to the uninhibited growth of corals, lichens, mosses and fungi. I am exploring the rare, the everyday,the endangered, the ordinary and the spectacular.

The main part of my practise focus's on my sculptrual work. From this core I have developed a further two bodies of work; one vessel based, the other jewellery based. My obsession with beauty, intricate detail and quality forms part of a common language and approach, clarifying and revealing the relation between the forms.

My work is available to see through galleries, exhibitions, craft shows or by making an appointment to visit my studio.
